Victory Way
2020
City of Light × Sweet WayThe kindest boy around. This stakes placed gelding runs his heart out every chance he can get. He was the last foal for mare Sweet Way (also part of the Sweet Life family) and his demeanor is on par for most members of this family - gentle and wise.
He is in New York for trainer Bill Mott and will make his next start in late January of 2026. 12 lifetime starts with a record of (3-2-2) and earnings of $244,084.

Resilience
2021
Into Mischief × MeadowsweetSome horses change your life. They inspire you, comfort you, and keep you looking forward. This could not be more true for Resilience. Emily and her father Marty bonded through horses. And shortly after Marty passed, his presence was felt and spirit carried forward as Resilience ran a valiant 6th in the 2024 Kentucky Derby. Bringing the whole family joy during a difficult time.
Resilience is in New York where he will begin his 5 year old campaign with trainer Bill Mott (and hopefully return to his 3 year old winning ways).
While he can be a handful, he can also be quite affectionate and kind if you have a carrot. He proudly has 15 lifetime starts with a record of (2-2-3) and earnings of $561,358.

Feeling Beachy
2021
Catalina Cruiser × Feeling BossyFeeling Beachy’s second dam (Keep the Feeling) was one of the first broodmares purchased by TLF. We campaigned her dam, Feeling Bossy, and were thrilled to purchase Beachy in the 2022 Keeneland September Sale.
Beachy is having some R&R at Glencrest Farm and we are expecting her back in Spring of 2026.
This girl is full of character. She is a playful mare at the farm and then get her to the track and her true spicy colors come out.
With a lifetime record of 10 starts (1-1-3) and earnings of $95,924.

Beauty Reigns
2022
Into Mischief × IlsaBeauty is a Grade 1 placed mare (Test Stakes) from the foundation family Sweet Life. Lifetime Record 8 starts (2-2-2) earnings of $263,960. She was a handful growing up and once she hit the track she found her passion and put all that energy to work. She loves a good cuddle and carrot and is all business on the track
She is currently at Payson Park with trainer Bill Mott after a short rest at the end of the 2025 calendar year. We are looking forward to an exciting year with her.

Capitol Hill
2022
Into Mischief × MeadowsweetThis handsome horse is lovingly referred to as Resiliences little brother frequently. But we think this year we will start calling Resilience Capitol Hill’s big brother.
Capitol Hill is Grade 3 placed and fierce going 1 mile on the turf. Lifetime record of 9 starts (2-2-0) with earnings of $166,922
With trainer Bill Mott currently at Payson Park. Expect to see him back in action in early Spring.

Copious
2022
Curlin × Paradise WoodsThis cool and collected chestnut horse works lights out on the morning. We are looking forward to that prowess translating to the afternoon. He will make his next start with blinkers and we think he will find his groove.
His next start will be in New York for trainer Bill Mott.

Necessity
2022
Constitution × Secret KeeperNecessity is hitting her stride with her first black type finish in December of 2025. She is the first foal for Secret Keeper and tries every time she hits the track.
She earned points towards the Kentucky Oaks and then took a little time to recharge and grow into her (beautiful) frame.
Lifetime record 10 starts (2-2-2) with earnings of $269,099. She is at Palm Meadows for trainer Riley Mott and will make her next start in the Inside Information Stakes on January 24th.

Table Flirt
2022
Constitution × Into ChocolateThis is a fun family tree to follow! So the dams of Table Flirt and Necessity are graded stakes winning and graded stakes placed full sister (Into Mischief out of Candy Drawer). And then Table Flirt and Necessity have the same sire (Constitution). While this would not work around the Thanksgiving table, it is a-okay with horses (and as we see is a great cross!).
Table Flirt had a great year winning 3 races (on the turf, dirt, and sloppy dirt surfaces) with 11 lifetime starts (3-2-1) and earnings of $250,118. She has made strong runs in graded stakes company and we have a good feeling about her hitting the board and getting black type in 2026.
She is currently at Payson Park with trainer Bill Mott enjoying the sunshine.
Fun fact - if you ask bloodstock manager Kate Sheehan who her favorite horse of ours racing is she would say Flirt. Maybe it’s her talent and good looks maybe it’s her RBF.

Au Revoir
2023
Bolt d’Oro × Elusive StrikePurchased in the Keeneland September sale in 2024, this filly is from the immediate family of millionaire sprinter Maryfield.
She is galloping at Fair Hill for trainer Bill Mott as she matures into herself. We are excited for her 2026 debut.
-

Gin Joint
2023
Gun Runner × IlsaYounger sister to Beauty Reigns. We are affectionately calling her our boomerang horse. We thought about selling her three times and then got cold feet and scratched her.
She ran once on the grass as a two year old and we are giving her some time to mature and will be running her back in 2026.
She is with trainer Bill Mott at Payson Park. Emily and Kate have a bet going with her that will hopefully end with Kate getting a Gin Joint tattoo 😜.

Lennilu
2023
Leinster × Lulu’s Pom PomLennilu took us on an unforgettable ride in 2025. The multiple stakes-winning filly scored an impressive victory first time out, then earned her way to Royal Ascot, where she finished third in the Queen Mary Stakes. She capped off her two-year-old season at Del Mar with a start in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Sprint.
Following a well-earned period of rest after the Breeders’ Cup, Lennilu is back in training and galloping under the care of Patrick Biancone at Palm Meadows. A spring return is on the horizon.
With a lifetime record of six starts (4-0-1) and earnings of $216,489, Lennilu has already proven herself on the biggest stages. And yes—every photo does seem to capture her with her own personal wind machine. The camera loves her, and so do we.
We are eagerly anticipating what 2026 holds for Team Lennilu.
Fun fact: Our love for Lennilu runs deep. In July, we purchased her dam, who is slated to visit Quality Road for the 2026 breeding season.

Sky Chart
2023
Liam’s Map × Indian SafariWe are completely taken with this exceptional filly. Purchased as a yearling at the 2024 Keeneland September Sale, she is currently in training at Payson Park and poised to make her racing debut in 2026.
A half-sister to Grade 2 winner Winter Chatalas and listed stakes winner Yellow, Sky Chart represents a powerful and proven female family. We are thrilled to have her as part of the Tranquility Lake Farms racing program.

Theoretical
2023
Nyquist × ShysheisnotThis spicy little red head is thriving at Palm Meadows for trainer Riley Mott. She has a lot of opinions (as does her mother Shysheisnot) and we are looking forward to her next start on the turf.
Fun fact - Shy was claimed off of us and then we claimed her back to add to our broodmare band. She was one of the first fillies bred by Tranquility Lake Farms and is now at Sugar Maple as part of our New York Bred program.
