We spotted this beauty at the Keeneland September Sale in 2024. Au Revoir hails from the immediate family of millionaire sprinter Maryfield.

FUN FACT: Au Revoir was on our short list during the September sale, but we decided to pass on her and then had some regrets about that decision! So we went back and made an offer and could not be happier she is in our stable.

2024 Modernist x Jenny’s Prayer

We love this colt. He tugs on our heart strings, being by a stallion that was a homebred for our family and a mare that, for lack of better words, fell into our laps when she was just born.

He gallops like he has springs in his feet and is showing us that he really likes his job. Ears pricked and eyes bright!

Fun Fact: we auctioned off his name at a fundraising for a cause near and dear to our hearts. The family that named him has three daughters and picked a name that we think suits him perfectly. He is affectionately called BtotheFourth at the barn :)

2022 Into Mischief × Ilsa

Beauty is a Grade 1 placed mare (Test Stakes) from the foundational family of Sweet Life. She was a handful growing up. However, once she hit the track she found her passion and put all that energy to work. She loves a good cuddle and carrot, but is 100% all business on the track.

2022 Into Mischief x Meadowsweet

This handsome horse is lovingly referred to as Resilience's little brother frequently. But we think this is the year we will start calling Resilience Capitol Hill's big brother.  Capitol Hill has been Grade 3 placed three times! And is especially fierce when he's running a mile on the turf.

FUN FACT:  Capitol Hill wasn’t always the big winner he is now. His first race had him finishing 41 lengths behind the winner  (and no, that is not a typo!).

2024 City of Light x Into Chocolate

Okay, it is definitely too early to pick a favorite (and - besides Resilience - really can I pick a favorite…probably not) but this colt is handsome and forward and full of himself. Hopefully the makings of a great racehorse.

We have had a lot of success with City of Light (love you Victory Way) and excited to have another horse by this sire.

2024 Justify x Secret Keeper

Family Crest - a younger brother to Necessity - this colt covers the ground with his huge stride and does everything trainer Riley Mott asks of him.

2021 Catalina Cruiser x Feeling Bossy

Feeling Beachy's second dam (Keep the Feeling) was one of the first broodmares purchased by TLF. We campaigned her dam, Feeling Bossy, and were thrilled to purchase Beachy in the 2022 Keeneland September Sale.

This girl is full of character. She is a playful mare at the farm, but when she gets over to the track, her true spicy colors come out.

FUN FACT: Beachy’s second dam, Keep The Feeling, was Emily’s trail horse and lived at her house after she retired from breeding.

A highly coveted female family, we were thrilled to be able to purchase this filly at the Keeneland September Sale in 2025.

From the family of Winning Colors and Eskimo Kisses, this gray filly has bloodlines to be a great horse to cheer on in the coming years (and then a great addition to our broodmare band).

2023 Leinster x Lulu’s Pom Pom

Lennilu has taken us on an unforgettable ride. The multiple stakes-winning filly scored an impressive victory first time out, then earned her way to Royal Ascot, where she finished third in the Queen Mary Stakes. She capped off her two-year-old season at Del Mar with a start in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Sprint.

 Lennilu has already proven herself on the biggest stages. And yes—every photo does seem to capture her with her own personal wind machine. The camera loves her, and so do we. 

Fun Fact: In July, we purchased her dam, Lu Lu’s Pom Pom, who is slated to visit Quality Road for the 2026 breeding season.

2024 Into Mischief x Meadowsweet

Seneca Falls is keeping with the tradition of her full brothers, Resilience and Capitol Hill, and wanting all the time in Florida before she ships in to Bill. We expect her to go in when the group returns to Payson Park.

This family has big horses, and we like to give them all the time to kick out and be a horse and then return to training until they tell us they are ready to go on to the track.

2023 Liam’s Map × Indian Safari

We were completely taken with this exceptional filly during the 2024 Keeneland September Sale.

A half-sister to Grade 2 winner Winter Chatalas and listed stakes winner Yellow, Sky Chart represents a powerful and proven female family. We are thrilled to have her as part of the Tranquility Lake Farms racing program.

Sky Chart is over 17 hands and we are giving her all the time she needs to grow into her frame and tell us when she is ready to make her debut.

She is affectionately called “supermodel” at the track as she is just that gorg <3

2022 Constitution x Into Chocolate

A fun family tree! The dams of Table Flirt and Necessity are full sisters (both by Into Mischief out of Candy Drawer). Both Table Flirt and Necessity share the same sire: Constitution. While this kind of thing wouldn't fly around the Thanksgiving table, it's perfectly fine with horses (and a great cross).

After winning three races in 2025, we have a good feeling about her hitting the board and earning black type in 2026. 

FUN FACT: Our bloodstock manager Kate’s favorite horse in our racing stable? Definitely Flirt. Maybe it's the talent and good looks. Maybe it's the RBF.

Welcome to the TLF Family, Holly! This filly caught our eye in the June Digital Fasig Tipton Sale and we were thrilled to land her.

Out of a Monarchos Mare, the 2nd dam has top fillies CELESTINE (f. by Scat Daddy winnings of $1,148,055), HAUNTED HEROINE (f. by Ghostzapper winnings of $267,150) and gelding LAW PROFESSOR (g. by Constitution winnings of $1,093,396) in her produce record.

We are giving her a few weeks of R&R and excited to get her back to the track!
